DRAFT EMAIL OPENS MULTIPLE COPIES OF SAME SAVED EMAIL.
"DRAFT FOLDER: IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY CLICK ON EMAIL "WHICH IS ALREADY OPENED & IS BEING EDITED" IT OPENS "2ND" "UNEDITED VERSION" WHICH FORCES USER TO REVIEW 2 PAGES AND TRY TO FIGURE OUT WHICH ONE IS NEWEST VERSION =
NEW CLICK SHOULD JUST BRING UP OPENED COPY. WHICH IS ALREADY BEING EDITED.
IT DOES NOT.
IT OPENS A SAME EMAIL AGAIN, UNEDITED SAVED VERSION.+ EDITED VERSION. VERY TIME CONSUMING TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHICH IS WHICH..THANK YOU

When I send an email from either of my group after the email is sent each member of that particular group email address appears under my single contact list (Email address only) Consequently I have my single person email address with their name and email address and all of the email address only from the group. Every time I go into a chat room after I type a few sentence I get frozen out. I need to go out then back in then it happres again. This happens on both my computers. Any suggetions

AOL Portfolio Manager Not Working
Portfolio Manager is not working today. ALL stocks in portfolio show no gains or losses. Portfolio page looks like a very old page. I have checked on two different computers with different IP addresses, so it's not my cookies.

How can I delete the AOL Home page - I have had it with 15 pages to get the end of a story - to find nothing like the story.
How do I delete the AOL News welcome Icon from my homepage? I have had it with scrolling through dozens of pages to try and read a story often to find it had nothing to do with the story heading. AOL and Win 11 issue.

Desktop Gold is not working in Win 11. I have 2 accounts that i use on 2 different computers. Both Win 11. Both are facing the same issue.
Whenever, i signin, after entering my ID and password, i get a message, welcome, you got mail, and thats it. everything freezes. AOL desktop gold does not respond. I only see the blue desktop screen with all the options like file, edit =, mail, read, write etc. But can not click on them. I have to end task the AOL in taskmanager.

Chat rooms Problems
Have AOL Tech support do there job and support it's been over 5 days and no response, my screen name is stuck in two chat rooms and will not clear. All I am told is we can't fix it or wait for a new update, they can not tell me when that would even happen. This should be a easy fix on there end and I get the round around when I try to ask for help!

The recent change to supposedly improve the "MY FAVORITE PLACES" bookmark list WENT BUST almost immediately. You'd think the AOL Gold tech idiots would have better things to do than experiment with stupid program changes at our time and expense. AOL Spam settings are absolutely garbage. I am getting SPAM sent to me by my own email address, explain this AOL? Your SPAM settings should allow users to manage email addresses as they see fit. What happened to we could easily identify official AOL mail by the colored ICON/ subject line? Now I get Spam from an official looking AOL email address along with my own email address and the Spam controls will not update any new addresses I try to block.

Why can’t we access old email on our PCs instead of having to log into AOL Gold?
I spent over two hours with your techs today trying to make sure that I could download my archived AOL emails to my PC. I have 20 years worth! Only after the full two hours did they finally admit that there was no way to download them on to your PC. You can only access them from inside the desktop software. AOL has effectively taken ******* of thousands of my emails. They’re doing this to everyone. In an age where we’re all the more concerned with our personal privacy, how can AOL justify this? You can now save a copy of your emails as a PDF or Text file on your computer, which can be accessed outside of the AOL Desktop Gold.
To do this, open an email from your mailbox, then click on File on the top left and select Save from the drop-down menu. You can type a name for the file in the “File Name” box, select the location where you want to save it, and finally click on Save in the bottom right.
Please note that you can save one email at a time.

All Mail is Spam
I have reported this as a bug and it has been tackled by "tech Support" ... no help ... ALL of my email is routed to SPAM ...the problem must be on the AOL Server because my alt email is unaffected and AOL.com is also affected,
ALSO When I open Settings - Mail I get the following inane message: "We see to be having some trouble sending this request. Please wait try again in 5 minutes. Code: Forbidden."
I have done everything "Tech Support" directed .. no help ...

Yellow banner telling us to upgrade windows 7
We have a yellow banner saying "Microsoft has ended support for this version of Windows." extra extra extra.
I majored in computer networking so I know that this is just microsoft talking to us, but why do we have to be constantly reminded to upgrade windows 7.
I have no plans to move to either windows 8, windows 10 or windows 11. I don't like any of them. No offense to anyone that does.
Before we got a popup telling us the same thing, now it's a yellow banner.

JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM AOL
it stated that sign on problems have all been resolved + forum comments are closed - took 6 attempts to sign in just now - enter pass word + nothing happens at all - happens on different computers + isp's - guess email was just another lip service , do nothing response from AOL GOLD - MSN , YAHOO , + all other sign ons are working properly !
