    Get RID of IN THE KNOW. If you try to watch it and you come in at the middle of a topic there is no way to repeat it. Also the screens are so fast you can write down a recipe or anything.

  2. FIX IT!

    There I am already signed on using gold when all of a sudden I hear, "Goodbye", and the message "Error retrieving Account Info Please Try Again." pops up! You had my account information that's why i was signed on...how the .............did you lose and kick me off? I know, I know, you'll merge this with other stuff. instead of doing that all the time, try fixing why it happens and when you do fix something,, yea right, how about you let us know if that isn't too much trouble. $17+ a month for aggravation!   3. Mail problems and This Feedback method and total lack of easy support SUCKS!!!!

    Since downloading AOL Gold when I had to reset my computer, it does't work right. Sometimes Sent or New mail doesn't show for hours!! Very frustrated!!! And now I have to sign in when I'm already signed in??? Really?!!! And forcing me to sign in on a Voice thingy sucks too. I've been with you since the 80's and am about to stop... what happened to "service"????

  4. Enlarging a page

    When I try to enlarge a website by using the square box next to the red X, there's a pop-up showing a multiple split screen overlay. Please omit the split screen feature. All I want to do is enlarge the page like before.

  5. IS AOL Gold not fully functional?

    IS AOL Gold not fully functional? I am unable to save my email folders and messages to my computer hard drive. When I click on save to my PC I get a pop up to "save folder as" but nothing appears in which to name the file folder. I have contacted AOL tech assistance via phone but no practical resolution has been available. This important function needs to be updated as soon as possible.

    Not a suggestion just a complaint. I have been a member of AOL for a long time. Luck of the draw that makes me a senior. I don't claim to be a geek or even average at computers. The "new" AOL , to me , is a mess. Now I don't expect my opinion to affect anything, but frustration prompted me to write this. I will try to find a way around your new format, and we'll see if I stay a member. Hello Steve Case!!

  7. How about showing a little love for your fee paying customers? 30 minutes on hold! All mail going into spam. No way to stop it and no AOL

    All mail goes into spam folder. Talked to your folks and they agreed after taking over my computer that any mail sent to me going to spam. They told me they were in contact with the high tect people and would be back in contact with me. Stay off the phone for the call... HA 4 days ago...I am a 25 years fee paying customer of AOL.. May not make 26!!!!

Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu. 3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.     Lately have been getting this notice when trying to sign in to my account at Spectrum:
    Feature Unavailable:
    This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again from home or contact us for assistance. IDID-4000.

    Has anyone else been having this problem? Don’t know whether it’s on their end or mine but, needless to say it’s frustrating!

  15. AOL owned by Verizon forces me to stop using AOL, a member since the 80's. I used AOL to provide safe browsing, now everything I write, incl

    Go back to providing a safe browser that does not intrude upon my privacy. Verizon now wants me to pay for a service that looks at everything, including my emails, all to sell info to others. I don't want a Big Brother, I don't want everything looked at, and I sure won't pay extra for it. And the final insult? Making it impossible to quit AOL. Luckily, an easy fix, had my bank stop authorization. Try it, you will prefer it to having some AOL person demanding to know why you want to quit, then refusing to drop my account.…

  16. Aol Gold diapered on all of our computers

    We have AOL gold or should I say we had AOL gold it is no longer on our computers 4 of them. AOL has no trouble with taking out my payment for something I have to go onto Google just to get into my account and I can not get in to cancel my account. If I am going to have to use Google to check my mail I may as well have a free account.

    Please power cycle (reboot) your modem/router, by following these steps:
    *Switch off and unplug the power from your modem/router.
    *Leave both unplugged for 30 seconds.
    *Plug the power back into the modem/router and verify that you are again connected to the Internet.

    If the problem persists, please contact your Internet Service Provider, to make sure the AOL domains, including the AOL Desktop software, are not being blocked on your network.

  19. TRASH IT!!!! FOR LAST 3-4 MONTHS I HAVE CALLED AND COMPLAINED ABOUT FAILED SERVICEIN DESTOP GOLD....I AM STILL GETTING SAME PROBLEMS OVER PA

  20. When I try reading AOL news, I only get close to the end of the article when I click next I get a blank page And then I have lost the welcom

    Can't complete news items I click NEXT and get a blank page and then loose my welcome page. I have to click welcome in the top left corner and then start over, but still can not see the end of the article. This is enough to make me consider another option to AOL
