   password, which aol'**** techies refurse to give me the blocking pass word, so I can't open the organizers, saved on my desk top.

2. Forwarding Email Saved on AOL or Moving AOL Saved Mail to Thumb Drive

   We have been LOYAL, STEADFAST customers of AOL SINCE IT's BEGINNING. We have many other AOL features and we are --in general - VERY SATISFIED. HOWEVER We have one VERY CHALLENGING ISSUE that neith Andy or Mo, Tech Support could solve -- THEY TRIED and we appreciate that effort.
   CHALLENGE: We have a large number of folders, with many emails in them, SAVED ON AOL. These emails contain a 12 year history of my time on the BOD of El Paseo Arts Foundation on South Padre Is. TX. I MUST HAVE A WAY TO EITHER MOVE THESE EMAILS TO A THUMB DRIVE or SEND THEM TO EL PASEO PRESIDENT, WITHOUT TRYING TO SEND EACH EMAIL SEPARATELY. AOL HAS EVOLVED SO MUCH IN #) YEARS - THERE HAS TO BE A WAY TO MEET THIS CHALLENGE. PLEASE HELP ME :)

3. Absolutely Ridiculous and Totally Irritating

   I have been trying to cancel my AOL Assist for months! Impossible to find it under Help because the AOL help link goes to a page that does not exist. (YES, I have all the program updates/grades). I finally get my Bank to give me the number of whose charging me and after several disconnects, find someone to help. However, the only way I can get refunded for the charge AOL did TODAY, is to get a free 30 day trial of AOL Assist. I have not used this service for YEARS and I am finally canceling it, WHY would I want a 30 day trial?? I refused the Trial Period which results in NO credit. This was not mentioned before I said NO and he couldn't go back and make the change. This sucks! After 20+ years with AOL you would think I might get some reasonable Customer Service. FIX your help program and your customer service problems!

4. Hire CSR's that speak the language! It's "America Online"

   What should have taken 5-10 minutes to describe and submit my bug report, took two representatives and close to an H OUR! This is why I avoid calling AOL for support (even though I'm paying $19/month for this now useless program) The latest build was unresponsive/unusable for three days and I couldn't even submit an ONLINE bug report to notify AOL that their GOLD product is made of lead! At one point she asked for my email address (for the second time) and then asked if that was at aol.com! Serioously? No, I called AOL to report a problem with gmail? ::insert sarcasm font here::
   Note: don't waste more of my time trying to sell me a safe and secure browser with a 30-day free trial, when I've told you three times I don't need another browser, I need AOL to work!!

   I am trying to notify AOL that I became victim of a sales scam which I saw advertised as I was playing on the AOL Game website. The ad claimed to be a Walmart ad for handicap scooter 100 left, being sold off at a very discount price. I purchased 2 at a cost of $96.98 on 12/12/2031 The printout of my purchase came through as Walmart. However, when I checked my Bank credit card running balance the post did not say Walmart It read as follows: Pending:
   Paypal*JIAYUNKEJ18 JIAU. When it posted: charge officially to my account the aabove was followed by a telephone number: 402-935-7733CA I went to my local Walmart and learned that this was not a Walmart Sale. I was refered to 1-800-WALMART so that I could notify them of the fraudulent situation. I also notified my Bank and a fraud is established. I am very concerned that this fraud is not stopped AOL and investigated too. I am concerned for the safety of both my husband and myself because they have our home address and info. We are senior citizens.Case #: 17591094

6. NOT POSTING MY REASONABLE POSTS. YOU ONLY POSTS RADICALIZING HATE SPEECH OBVIOUSLY FROM RUSSIANS & TROLLS WITHOUT OPPORTUNITY TO RESPOND.

   I have been stopped from posting on your site for no apparent reason. I do not post hate speech. I had been responding to your Russian trolls who do post hate speech. When ever they are on you have a 600% inversion of "likes" to "dislikes" based on the "bombs" they have planted on your site. They all have the same keyword triggers or phrases they then overwhelm the comment sections with out and out hate speech, violence themes and every conceivable lie they can do over and over. They sign is as a "Guest" then post under 10 names or more in one single day. I often have tried to post ANOTHER "GUEST" RUSSIAN TROLL in warning other posters and it gets taken down while some lie about someone is left to be seen by anyone wanting to be radicalized. My post used to get a great deal of positive likes an few negatives and I was designated a leader. Why was I blocked on what comments?? I am a moderate middle of the road patriot and not a party ideologue. I always posted reasonable post with the exception of a couple out there when frustrated but nothing compared to what is posted on your comments these days in your posted articles these days. I am an angel compared to what your administrators seem to promote when only allowing radicalized hate speech on the site while muzzling the moderates out here. If I was blocked why wasn't I given noticed up??? I have called in over a dozen times on this and was never told I was blocked. That means every attempt prior to this I was lied to when I asked directly if there were a problem with my posts being blocked. I was referred to Huffigton post who had no problem with me and told me it had to be you. If I had violated my terms of service please provide the dates and the comments that were in violation and why I was I not notified. One of the prime reason I subscribe is to be included in the social election process. You have deprived me of those services without every notifying me of why? I could have just gone to the free service and saved myself considerable money over time given I was not the full benefit of services I signed up for and are not being provided. I could have just come on as free loader as the others do and posted hate all day long under different names like "notalibitard" does daily spewing lies and hate, He is misogynistic, racist and fascist in his postings. I am a moderate Republican that is appalled at him trying to represent my party and that seems all you want is the most hateful on here without reasonable responses. You need to justify your actions on this matter as I have done nothing wrong. I have been lied to, wasted hours of my time and paid for services I am not receiving without any notice of any problems or due process. You unilaterally act in darkness then place it on me to finally get through hours of wasted time and technicians to be told finally it was my postings? People already make fun of me for sticking with AOL all these years and I have stayed for the services and platform which you have now devalued greatly. Please respond to why this has occurred with specific detail and dates and quote me the verse and chapter of what the violations were?    Please allow the installer to work on full Admin accounts. Trying to test it in CrossOver for Linux but the installer wont work due to that.

   Installing the AOL Desktop Gold software as an Admin can have some adverse effects due to the installation location being different for Admin than a normal user. We recommended that you install the software as the same level user that will be launching the software each time.

   AOL Desktop Gold Browser's are not working well. I am trying to open different kind of websites however, the website itself automatically minimizing and hides at the bottom part of the screen. Hope you can fix it for me as soon as possible!

10. Using AOL Help Page is Useless

    Using AOL Help Page is Useless

    Using the listings on the Help page are hopeless. When trying to look up exact words listed on your webpage or words listed in your toolbar and elsewhere, an unmanageable list appears. They are not in any type of order or group. The Search option is useless.

    For example, when I tried looking up Toolbar – Quick View, I finally stopped after going through 10 pages.

    While trying to read the article about Queen Elizabeth, Those damned ads kept flopping around on the bottom right corner. You fool sure know
    how to ruin a person's day. I should quit writing these things because I doubt anyone reads them. I suppose it would just be better if I quit reading stuff on here. My days would surely be better. Just so you know, those ads do NOT get my business.
