    Make a way to Save any number of past emails in large blocks (user selectable) anywhere from a single day or up to a year or more into a single file that contains categories of (sender) (recipients) (copies to) (blind copies to) (timestamp) (sent or received) (attachments) and (text body within the email), that can be stored on the users hard drive and searched WITHOUT having to go online.     We will send this to our Product Engineers and they will look into this to see if they can have it fixed in a future update or release of the software.

    Unfortunately, AIM has been discontinued.

    Please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to look into the chat room freezing issue. To do that, follow these steps:

    1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
    2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
    3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.

    When trying to access a keyword and you are redirected to an AOL Search page, it means that the keyword does not exist.

    Regarding the missing favorites, please run the import wizard by following the steps in this help article: https://help.aol.com/articles/aol-desktop-importing-your-personal-information. If your favorites are still missing after the import wizard, please call the AOL

But today I am trying to do this for my co-leader, and received an undeliverable mail notice from the postmaster...though I did receive a sent email notice from AOL showing that the email with all BCC in bulk were sent! Then after sending and receiving the sent mail notice, I received two minutes later the Undeliverable mail email from postmaster@pdes-usa.com saying:

    Regarding the issue you are experiencing, this might not be related to the fact that you have sent a bulk email. The bounce-back error you provided us, mentions a problem with the @pdes-usa.com recipient’s mailbox (the type of problem that their email provider will have to resolve).

    When you receive an email with a bounce-back error message, it means that AOL was not able to deliver your email, or that the recipient domain rejected your message.

    If you continue to receive a bounce-back error after sending mail, please call us at 1-888-265-3733, and one of our technicians can analyze the error and provide you information about why the message could not be delivered.

  6. AOL will not fix constant running background processes from AOL Gold in Windows 10 slowing all systems due to this - they fall a deaf ear!!

    AOL Gold on Windows 10 will not stop running multiple background processes for the last 2 months. Gold & W 10 all up to date. No new antivirus installed - always same Norton for years. Worked fine for almost a year. Uninstalled & reinstalled by your people 10 times, never fixed. No one at AOL will fix this for us, called a dozen times & we pay $13.99 a month for this! Must reboot with every icon opening ro erase the inappropraitely stored background processes or icon will not open up again! Only app that does this - dozens of…

    9.8.2 had dozens and dozens and dozens of different FONTS. GOLD has only 10 or 12. This is unacceptable. I lost my flair to writing an entertaining letter. My visual letters alone was a gift to my reader. My letters are now BLAND. BRING THAT BACK

    The Desktop Team is planning on adding a larger variety of mail fonts in a future update.

    AOL Desktop Gold has a new way of spell checking your emails. This is done automatically, in real time, as you compose your messages.

    When the AOL Desktop Gold detects a spelling error, the word is highlighted by a red line under it. (Click the link below to see an image for an example)

  8. Hello! I started out hating AOL Gold but have grown to love it. The following glitches should be fixed, h(mostly) love it. The following

    The following 'glitches; on AOL GOLD should be fixed. First, when I try to "manage' my Mail Folders (for instance, rename one of them) it doesn't 'catch' and register when I make the change and press SAVE...... It just stays there and then when I look, the change didn't register.

    Your online how to change password instructions are incorrect (No Account Security page/link-- it goes to Log In screen, without Change Password option).

    I called for assistance, Tina asked more than 6 verification questions without starting pw change. I asked her to focus on resetting my password but she said more 'verification" was needed. When I did not have the last 4 digits of my credit card payment handy, she said I didn't know the answers so she couldn't reset the password.   13. Since not everyone with aol was forced to accept aolgold I fully expect aolgold to provide me with all of the features that I have had.

    I want the edit feature, my choice of backgrounds, colors, calendar, etc. I definitely feel discriminated against with this substandard model. I keep getting refused when I try to send emails with pictures in them for some annoying code of numerous numbers.. I want to know why I continue to receive notices that I have not yet terminated my old aol also. It's so helter skelter if whomever is sending them doesn't even have a record that I'm already being punished with aolgold. It's continues to sound like a threat when I'm already suffering with this new zero 'upgrade'. Maybe…

  15. Fix the email so when you delete the mail you opened so it doest fade into the mail box

    fix the mail box when you open a new mail then close it. It will fades into the mail box and takes forever to go away. Then it tells me AOL is not responding. Also when you try to open a new mail it will not open until the ad loads Which sometimes take a while and you set there and wait. You spend a'lot of time waiting on the ads to load very upsetting.

    How many computers can have aol desktop gold installed at one time? In other words, can I have more then two aol desktop gold softwares installed on multiple computers? Can I have three or five?

    With most software out there, you can have from only one to up to three or five, but this info is nowhere to be found, even on google. AOL chat doesn't know which is weird.

    There is no limit on the number of computers you can download and install the AOL Desktop on.

  19. problems with saving emails on aol - There should be a search bar to put in the file & save on my PC is unclear

    Problems with saving emails on AOL:
    1. There should be a search bar to allow to go immediately with out having to scroll when very often the email goes into some wrong folder as I am scrolling & if I did not resend to myself before trying to save it to make sure I still have it if it does go into the wrong folder, it is lost.
    2. Create a new folder should be at the top not the bottom
    3.The option to "Save on my PC" is apparently not what you think it is as explained to…

You can either “Save on AOL” and there email folders can be accessed from other computers and devices, or your can use “Save on My PC” and have the mail folders stored locally in the AOL Desktop personal filling cabinet (email folders can be accessed only from the computer where the emails were saved).   20. AOL Gold mail issues.

    I'm having issues with sending multiple emails to multiple addresses. I keep getting an error message. I've tried to get help with this by talking to tech support. Nothing has been resolved. Email with AOL Gold has been a problem since it's inception. Why are we paying for an upgrade that is worse that the old software?
