  3. I am paying for AOL tech support and nobdy anser the phone!!

    i have trying since 7 AM calling for my paid service. No one is answering the phone . It is now 3 PM

  6. been months + no positive actions from AOL

    started early Dec. 2017 - organizing favorites , local news , biased outdated news , poor email performance , URL'S fail to load , links on welcome screen , slow + unfriendly sign on , slow navigation , + overall user unfriendly - it is an AOL problems , happens on different computers + internet providers - tech support has no viable answers - total slap in face to all paid subscribers - why does AOL not listen ? - every comment + vote on this forum falls on deaf non caring AOL ears !!!!!!-

    Go to Edit > Browser settings > Security tab and check the option “Allow
    local data to be set”. Changes are saved automatically.

  8. Your latest updated version did not do a thing to fix my problem.

    Trying to Create a Photo Album and AOL keeps saying error in desktop. I have tried to download the latest version and it said error and did not download.

  10. desktop gold software only highlights the line you click on then disappears does not go to the next message.

    desktop gold software is not highlighting next line in new mail. only highlights the line you click on then disappears. So when trying to delete messages you have to keep clicking the next message to have the highlight reappear. Please fix this

    Have a simple way to report email fraud from an address which proports to be from AOL. I spent 20 minutes talking to a customer service rep who kept trying to sell me "stuff" instead of taking the fraud info from the email.

    1. Everything's messed up. I was trying to save an email under AOL Gold on my PC and the email disappeared

    2. Then I got a pop up Alert message " OOPS something went wrong
      Error: 310-ERR-TOO-MANY-REDIRECTS."

  14. auto-suggestions

    I am told by AOL Help that you cannot edit auto-suggestions on Desktop Gold. That should be fixed. I mistyped an address and it keeps trying to send it to that bad address. I want to delete that auto-suggestion.

  15. I know that this forum is really paid attention to, but, I've beena AOL subscribers since I first got the internet (I'm 68yoa), probably aro

    WHY, why do I get "Oops" (white screen with an error code that does NOTHING to help the solution.) (not my job, mon) with SO many requests.I will give you guys about 2 weeks to figure it out and then I'm gone. Been here since about 1996 but it's really starting to suck. Anyone else will/may/might be better. I don't need a reply, it'll still be the same...(it's your lame butt or the computer's).

  16. Downloaded attachments are saved in downloads instead of giving an option to save as a document

    When trying to save an attachment in my email, it only gives me an option to download instead of allowing me to save it in documents. It then forces me to save the document again in documents.

  17. "move to" for sent emails

    when trying to use "move to" for sent emails, the only option is "on my pc". the "on aol" option is gone.

    the "on aol" option for any other email is there, sent emails is the only place it is missing now.

  18. You want to improve "gold"? Start over cause it ain't working

    What has happened. Now when I sigh on, there is NO option for a screen name and when I tried to open an email, it took over 6 minutes and it still was not open. I gave up trying after that. You "fix" one thing and break 5 others.

  19. Allow floating windows

    The browser is trying to be more than it is by masking itself as a separate desktop. Don't do this, use modules and instances instead. Have a main browser and when you click an item have it open a new module for that app that can float and be moved wherever on the screen, do not constrain only to the browser window.
