WHILE I UNDERSTAND THERE ARE RULES TO FOLLOW IN CHAT ROOMS MANY TIMES ARGUMENTS ARE HEATED AND CAN TURN UGLY....I TRY NOT TO US INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE BUT IN ANY EVENT WHEN I GET A TOS THERE IS A LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BRIEF EMAIL BUT IT CANNOT BE OPENED....
IS THIS A LINK TO SHOW US WHAT WE SAID WRONG TO GET THE TOS???

No way to cancel an email upload. A totally new problem
I am attempting to send files to my boss, I have multiple emails to send. I was in the process of sending one and decided I'd put the rest in my 'waiting to be sent' folder and each time I tried the mail started sending instead of going into the folder. Which resulted in 2 emails trying to be sent at the same time. There is NO cancel upload button anymore which resulted in both emails being sent at the same time. And with no way to cancel the second email from going, I ended up with Err35 message…

Once you click on “Send Now” after composing the email, there is no way to cancel the action. If you want to save your email and send it later, you can click on “Send Later” and retrieve the email from the Drafts folder.

Unusual AOL problems the last couple of days.
Has anyone else experienced unusual difficulty with AOL the last couple of days? Here's what's been going with my aol: 1) I take steps to save an email to a new folder. The email does not show anywhere in the new or old or deleted sections, but the new file folder with the saved email is not showing up in the saved area or anywhere else. 2) I wrote an email and clicked to send it. It doesn't send. I give it a few minutes and then click send again. It doesn't send this time either, and doesn't give me…

When I am trying to read my email the new features on the highlight email, delete, spam, are causing me to delete my email by accident. This feature does not help, Let the person delete on their own

Does anyone at AOL read the COMMENTS?
It is hard to believe, that AOL has become **** For three weeks, every time I turned on my computer, I was alerted that AIM as of Dec 15 was NO LONGER AVAILABLE. It kept going till Jan 2nd. Now four days ago, I get a AOL ALERT, that I can only use AOL GOLD. No notice, no nothing. Then waiting 40 minutes to speak with a AOL tech and listening to the twangy music, I am told " SORRY"
What ever Team worked on AOL GOLD have to be FIRED. They are Incompetent. There are so many issues… -

Once you read an email and you wish to delete it simply click on the “Delete” button on the bottom of the screen.

What has happened. Now when I sigh on, there is NO option for a screen name and when I tried to open an email, it took over 6 minutes and it still was not open. I gave up trying after that. You "fix" one thing and break 5 others.

Getting blue bar when trying to correct words that deletes the following words
When I'm typing and make a mistake, I go back to correct it and I get a BLUE bar, that deletes letters on the next word. I have to change positions, correct the misspelling and then put it back in place. That happens with no warning. And it happens, no all the time, but a lot of times.
In order to disable the overtype mode, press the Insert key on your keyboard, then you can please the cursor behind the word you want to delete.

I am very confused about what phone numbers I should use. I have been using a VIP tel. number with my VIP number but it doesn’t work. What shall I do with my number? Do I keep it?
I have a number for tech support and billing.

Regarding the double spacing in emails, this might be a result of using a certain Font type or size. You can adjust the Font type or size in order to reduce the spacing.

Having a problem when accessing portfolio.
Having a problem when accessing portfolio. When trying to access my own portfolio I am routed to other person's portfolio. I would have to reenter my portfolio numerous time before getting to my own portfolio. I already called tech support, no known issue found. Please refer to case - 05648744. This is urgent. Thanks!

I don't know how many times I have gone to the SENT mail in the dropdown and clicked it and have lost the connection to AOL.Go ahead and do your regular fix, just merge this with something else and forget about it. AOL has really gone down hill lately. Are you trying to fix things that aren't broken?

Unlike AOL 9.8.2, photos/ graphics/ text from Word Documents don't paste into email message box.
Very frustrating in trying to communicate in a professional way.
AOL 9.8.2 allowed pasting of many photos and graphics, as well as large amounts of text---almost like a newsletter publishing software.

AOL gold does not prompt me to save usernames and passwords, even though I have selected that function. I do not know how to fix this. I am trying to do it on my Craigslist account. Google chrome saves the username and password. Because of the ease of going to websites on Chrome, I have to have 2 browsers open all the time.
